Lindsay White's Solo Album Focus GroupPosted in Lindsay White's Blog on November 08, 2012 by LIndsay White Guess what folks - In addition to recording albums for The Lovebirds and Lindsay & the White Lies, I will also be going into the studio soon to record my second solo album. Woohoo! I already have a good idea of 8-9 songs I'm going to record, but I need a little bit of help deciding on about 3 more. So far, I am considering the below tunes but I'm not exactly sure so I would love your feedback! If you have a spare second, please listen to the below songs and send me a email with your suggestions/opinions/favorites, etc. Once fully produced the songs will sound more dynamic, so try to imagine them not so "rough drafty." Please keep in mind I will be trying to get some of these songs placed in tv/film/etc., so try to listen with an ear for that. My email is lindsaywhite.music@gmail.com. You can also comment below or shoot me a message on Facebook. Thanks friends!

The Lovebirds perform at O Berkley Where Hart ThouPosted in Lindsay White's Blog on September 23, 2012 by LIndsay White
Last night, we were so happy to be a part of one of the best musical lineups San Diego has ever seen. Our producer Jeff Berkley invited us to perform at their special event "O Berkley Where Hart Thou," where they recreate songs from the motion picture, along with performing original songs Grand Ol' Opry-style. This was the first time the event was held in a huge theatre setting (Poway Center for the Performing Arts) in front of a sold out crowd! The lineup was ridiculous: Berkley Hart, The 7th Day Buskers, Steve Poltz, Robin Henkel, Dennis Caplinger, Gregory Page, Jeffrey Joe, John C. Reilly, Lisa Sanders, Garbo, Robin Adler, and on and on and on. San Diego Troubadour Cover Story - July 2012 IssuePosted in Lindsay White's Blog on August 20, 2012 by LIndsay White Hey guys! The Lovebirds
Give her a soul mate and a major key. This is Lindsay White in love. In this duo, Lindsay is joined by her partner & San Diego Music Award-winner Veronica May. You may be tempted to compare them to the Indigo Girls, but that’s gay. Their music is more closely related in style to other duos like The Weepies or She & Him. The Lovebirds will ...
The Forget Me Nots
Rewind the clock and put her hair in pin curls. This is Lindsay White in an antique store. Inspired by an old National Guitar that Lindsay inherited from her grandpa, SDMA Winner Veronica May formed The Forget Me Nots after writing a slew of vintage-sounding tunes. Other members include Allegra Barley, Kristine Vandenberg, Jeffrey Joe, Woody Barley, and Alex Zander. The Forget Me Nots keep...
Lindsay & the White Lies
Plug her in and turn her up. This is Lindsay White on performance-enhancing drugs. Joined by guitarist Steve Nichols, bassist James Staton and drummer Joel Mendoza, Lindsay & the White Lies give Lindsay’s acoustic songs the rock treatment. Their latest notable venue was the House of Blues Main Stage. Lindsay & the White Lies frequently perform...
