Speaker/Presenter Bio: Lindsay White is an award-winning songwriter, author, and organizer who uses music, writing, and shared spaces to spark social change. Recognized as a Woman of Distinction by the City of San Diego, Lindsay has performed and presented at rallies, conferences, campuses, festivals, and more. - Speaking on improving accessibility in the arts at FAR West Folk Alliance (Fall 2025) and Folk Alliance International (2026), and joining FAI's 2026 Equity Council.
- Increasing ASL access at Songwriter Sanctuary concerts for 2026 season from one to four concerts (& counting!).
- Collaborating with client SDCCD Disability Support Programs and Services and their funding partner Conrad Prebys Foundation to develop a Districtwide Disability Aware training that was later launched as an open-source training model for community colleges in the entire region.
