Qulyn Journals: For Folks With Feels

After my shows, people often approach me and say things like, "I could never put my feelings into words like that." The sentiment is sweet, but it's not true! I want to empower everyone to access their emotions and express their most authentic selves. That's where my journal line Qulyn comes in. Named after my late mama Jacqulyn, these creative tools give "folks with feels" permission to process by making space for topics that society traditionally sweeps under the rug.

Purchaser Reviews:
"I lost my Mom 2 months ago and this journal has been a really sweet and special way to help process some of the grief and to honor her memory."

“Sometimes, during our grief process, it’s difficult to express how I feel. Or, sometimes we’re not comfortable talking to other people about our true emotions. This wonderful little journal is a simple way to help sort out thoughts and express how your heart feels. Definitely something that could be useful during the grieving process. The prompts are simple and gentle, making it easy to follow through with your own thoughts. [This] little journal is wonderful."

"I’ve given four of these to friends and family with a short note inside instead of sending a sympathy card. They all appreciated it and two started journaling right away."

"This journal offers thought-provoking prompts to help you navigate the process of losing a loved one. The prompts elicit fond and funny memories as well as some hard and honest feelings. I highly recommend."

"This journal is filled with a wide range of simple, thoughtful, introspective prompts. Perfect for once-a-day writing or for a deep dive into the grief process. Thank you! Write on!"

"This book is so simple which is excellent because the grief process is overwhelming and full of complicated tasks. This journal is not one of them. Each page has a very simply typed prompt at the top of a lined page. No frills just important questions and invitations to write out tough feelings and ugly thoughts. This journal is the perfect companion to grief counseling as it gives some quiet reflection time. If I could give it 10 stars I would."

"I find it hard to say the right thing to someone who is grieving. Thank you, Lindsey, for this grief journal. I think it offers an opportunity for myself as the giver to do something meaningful for a friend or loved one suffering from a loss, and gives them an opportunity to express their feelings and hopefully help them find some comfort and peace in their journey."

"Will definitely buy again for friends going through these rough times. Thank you Lindsay!"

"I try and tackle this daily, but more than anything, it’s my go to for a reset…the simple four step mental process of gratitude and intention is a game changer! I will keep buying this one."

"This journal landed on my porch around 11am; I’ve not stop journaling since I opened the package. There are balanced inquiries, simple but thought provoking prompts, and a healthy tap into ALLLL the feels. I wanna call into work and finish it today; SOOO GOOD!"

"I wish I had this 20 years ago, but the 2nd best time to start is now. There is so much great info in this journal that, in addition to being a great place to keep fun stories of gigs, it will make a valuable resource of contacts, payment, how to make shows better, and a bunch of other details that will make future gigs better. This will live in my gig bag!"

"I just got this grief journal designed by Lindsay White. The writing prompts are really cool...Lindsay has created journals for other topics, and I highly recommend you check those out. The other journal I use that she designed is about gigs. I'm on my second gig journal, because I find it so helpful to process what goes right and what goes wrong."
